Essential oils - why is it worth having them at home?

Essential oils are natural substances derived from plants. Usually, we associate them with beautiful fragrances. However, there’s much more to essential oils. High-quality products derived from certified crops have beneficial properties for our health and well-being. They are most often applied in aromatherapy, but you can use them for other purposes too, e.g. skin care.

However, remember to appropriately prepare essential oils before use – usually, they must be diluted with a base oil, e.g. sunflower, grapeseed, or linseed oil. This is necessary due to the fact that the effect of concentrated essential oils is too strong and can damage the skin. So which essential oils should you have at home?
